Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product/service gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience.
2. Translate product/service strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
3. Act as a product/service evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
