At Serene, our mission is to constantly search for the latest R&D based developments of natural therapies, technologies, equipments and make them available to the community for their wellbeing.
The Company launched Molecular Hydrogen inhaler and Hydrogen water bottles under the registered brand name of udazH as a portable, personal wellness tools.
Inhaler generates Molecular Hydrogen gas and udazH Hydrogen water bottles generate Hydrogen infused water for human consumption for preventive and therapeutic usage.
Chairman’s Message
Dr. Babu Sudhakar is the Founder Chairman & Managing Director of Serene Envirotech Pvt. Ltd., based in Mumbai, India.
Dr. Babu holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Biology from APS University, Rewa, MP. He was awarded his Doctorate in Microbiology in 1995. His profound research work at National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI), Nagpur for his Ph.D. thesis has enabled him to earn the institute’s foundation day award for his significant contributions to R&D excellence in 1994-95. He had an opportunity to present his research in more than 20 publications at various national and international conferences and journals.
Besides this, he also possesses diplomas in Marketing and Management from prestigious institutes like JBIMS and NMIMS affiliated with University of Mumbai.
He has more than a decade of rich corporate experience working with a leading Multinational Healthcare company in Mumbai at various strategic positions in the technical, marketing, and business management roles.
Dr. Babu turned into a successful entrepreneur in 2007 when he set up his first company – SRIBS BiotechniQs with comprehensive research-based products in Aquaculture and Agriculture.
He was awarded the prestigious Rasthriya Udyog Ratna Award in a seminar on “National Economic Growth” on 25th February 2010 at Mumbai.
Besides his excellent academics and professional accomplishments, Dr. Babu possesses inherent missionary skills. With a very scientific mindset and temperament, he is quick to grasp innovative ideas and develop plans to successfully execute the same! He is a very passionate Leader with a high degree of people orientation and hence is greatly admired by all his team members and peers.
His strategic mind is always in search for new initiatives. His capability to face challenges and think of ways to overcome them is truly Amazing!
The phrase “When the Going gets Tough – the Tough get Going “is very apt description for him!
Message from CMD
As the name itself suggests, Serene Envirotech was conceived to offer the most advanced, innovative cutting-edge environment friendly technologies and services in the Preventive Healthcare and Wellness domain.
For centuries, the desire to look and feel physically and emotionally better has driven us toward inventing wellness solutions to enable us to lead a quality life and to live longer. The Indian wellness industry flourished by banking on the demand for alternative healing Therapies like the Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, etc., and then slowly expanded to include nutrition, fitness, preventive healthcare, and health tourism.
The nation is waking up to health and wellness in a big way and in particular, preventative measures and better eating habits seem to be the epicenter of the focus, just the way they ought to be!
Furthermore, in India, the wellness industry has seen a shift in paradigm, where an increasing number of consumers, majorly in the age group of 40 + opt for Siddha or Ayurveda substitutes instead of conventional medicine. The group of consumers mostly has patients with a long history of high BP, high blood sugar levels, high cholesterol, and other ailments that require continuous monitoring and medication.
Today with the pandemic that has affected the globe, it is our endeavor to shift the focus away from chemical-based products and services used in our day-to-day lives to more natural, safe, cost-effective, and yet powerful solutions for a healthier and sustainable future.
Taking a cue from above, Serene has just launched two first of their kind technologies, specially designed with state-of-the-art next-gen features:

udazH Inhaler and udazH Hydrogen water Bottles are Portable Personal Wellness tools with high-quality safety features of intelligent, simple monitoring and display system. The only ingredients that are required to use these tools are pure water and electricity. Inhaler generates Molecular Hydrogen gas and Hydrogen Water Bottles generate Hydrogen infused water for human consumption for Preventive and Therapeutic usage. We are indeed glad to share that the initial response from select consumers to whom these products were offered, has been very overwhelming.
